Southern Dish 101 may have cracked the code for time travel, bringing 1800s London to downtown Lancaster! Bridgerton is a binge-worthy book and Netflix series for anyone craving romance, elegance, and a hint of drama. We knew we were going to do a Bridgerton Photoshoot. Chef Vee had new Bridgerton-themed recipes to showcase, and Communications/ Catering Director Amelia ( AKA Queen Charlotte) had a design setup she was anxious to try. But then we had the idea to turn it into a bridal shower for Kenley Kirk of Trendsetters Salon & Boutique.
From a sweet and savory grazing table to a five-course meal titled after famous Bridgerton characters, the Southern Dish team served a special menu. Let's not forget about the guests! The lovely ladies who attended the shower to celebrate Kenley could have walked out of a history book. Check out some of the photos from the special day below.
