Ingredients
Baby Arugula
2 Peaches Sliced and Grilled (while grilling chicken)
Chicken Breast (Seasoned with/brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt & pepper)
1 Red Onion sliced
Shaved Almonds
Smoked Feta Cheese
Served with a Lemon Vinaigrette
Watermelon and Feta Salad
Ingredients:
Watermelon cubes
Crumbled feta cheese
Fresh mint leaves
Red onion, thinly sliced
Balsamic glaze
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Combine watermelon cubes, crumbled feta, and red onion in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
Classic Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
Fresh tomatoes, sliced
Fresh mozzarella, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
Tuck basil leaves between the slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
