We're bring back our Southern Dish Supper Club, and this time, it's all about zesty citrus vibes! Think lemons, blood oranges, and grapefruits dancing on your tastebuds, waking them up for Spring!

Guess what? No more choosing just one dish--you'll get to enjoy the ENTIRE 4-course menu!

Appetizer:

-Cranberry-Blood Orange Meatballs

Entrees:

-Crispy Parmesan chicken breast served in a Meyer lemon and basil butter sauce.

-Pecan crusted Trout served in a blood orange dill cream sauce

Grilled Asparagus

Mashed Browned Butter Citrus Sweet Potatoes

Have you ever wanted to learn to create your own bouquets? Southern Dish 101 is excited to collaborate with one of Lancaster's best, Susan of Ray's Flowers, LLC, to teach you the best floral techniques, tricks and tips. Whether you are interested in learning to make floral masterpieces for yourself, a friend or an event--Susan is sure to help! You will leave with a gorgeous arrangement! As always, Chef Vee will have bites and bubbly available.

We are excited to host Dawn Mills, owner of Cookie Cupboard! She will be teaching us how to properly decorate cookies with royal icing! Everyone will receive Easter cookies to decorate.  Grab your friends and have a fun morning learning a new craft! Chef Vee will have morning bites and bubby for everyone! See you there! 

Join us on Good Friday as we reflect and observe a traditional Passover meal.  This interactive meal will be facilitated by a local pastor who will explain the history of the Passover, walk us through the Easter Story together, explain food choices and more!
