No, i'm not running a restaurant! Southern Dish 101 is so much more because first and foremost we are a Culinary Center and Full-Service Events Catering Company. We service Lancaster, Charlotte, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Waxhaw and surrounding areas in North and South Carolina. Think of us as ground zero for good food and good times. Here you can host a private event or corporate meeting, even take a cooking class with your family, friends, or coworkers. You can also turn to us for fun events to do in downtown Lancaster, and in the midst of all of that we cater corporate events, weddings and other special events off site.
